  • Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to management teams.

  • Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the company’s marketing plan.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management related to agriculture, food and/or health.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms is required.

We are looking for a tax and accounting expert to manage and facilitate the accurate preparation and filing of our company’s state and federal tax forms. The ideal candidate is a team player who manages the tax team to greater performance, creates and implements tax plans and works with the accounting and leadership teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and potential areas of risk. The Tax Manager will ensure compliance with state and federal law through a series of systems and system controls that are designed to ensure accurate, timely reporting. They will monitor current and impending changes to tax regulation and make the appropriate updates to policies and strategies. The ideal candidate is single minded in their pursuit of ensuring compliance and achieves this goal through optimizing reporting procedures and driving the successful function of the tax team.
The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a tax manager or public accountant role.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Agricultural Company experience a plus.
  • Individual/corporate/partnership tax knowledge.
  • Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Knowledge of tax code, compliance and procedures for corporations.
  • Familiarity with U.S. federal, state and local reporting requirements.
  • Experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.
  • Ability to utilize project management and accounting best practices to organize and prioritize tasks and the tasks of other tax team members.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives.
  • Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and strong organization skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Able to operate with the highest ethics and integrity at all-times.
  • CPA license a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork supports others in the organization as needed, and work under pressure, and confidentiality.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and other productivity applications.
  • The practical knowledge of Famous software, ERP system, or equivalent is preferred but is not mandatory.

Our growing business is searching for a qualified Materials Coordinator to oversee our inventory and purchasing operations. In this role, your duties will include maintaining budgets, analyzing materials, and researching vendors.

Ultimately, you are tasked with ensuring all our departments have adequate access to the materials they need.
A materials manager is responsible for managing inventory and purchasing procedures of raw materials and other supplies within a company. Material managers collaborate with other managers to determine supply needs, purchase supplies and materials according to specifications and coordinate and supervise receiving procedures.
• Research, maintain relationships and negotiate prices with vendors.
• Work with management and sales team to identify and plan supply needs.
• Recommend solutions to existing processes to reduce waste and increase the quantity.
• Record and assess all materials quality, movement, and expenditure.
• Manage the distribution of supplies in the organization. • Establishes procedures, Monitor and supervise inventory levels and access to the material, to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements. • Collaborate with management to plan forecasting models. • Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications
• Oversee and support subordinates and new employees.

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes. • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities swiftly. • Customer service-oriented. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet apps.
